Over the past eight years, has held non-executive Chairman or director positions at a number of companies & organisations including Merseyside Special Investment Fund and HLB Kidsons.
Currently non-executive Chairman of PMI Health Group Limited, Baldwins Industries Limited and Unique Communications Group Limited and Deputy Chairman of North West Vision. Michael is a member of both the Remunerations and the Audit Committees.
Michael's responsibilities include contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Group and providing an independent oversight in relation to corporate governance.
