Considers the bidding process, completing contract data and risk register and the tender contract programme. A project specific workshop delivered in house. 4hrs

NEC3 – Start Up Workshops

A project specific workshop, our expert sits down with the site team and runs through the application of the key terms of the project and gives administration advice to protect interests and identify opportunities from the very start. 4hrs

NEC3 – An introduction

For staff new to the contract, this user friendly session gives an overview and practical advice with pointers as to templates that will be useful for contract administration. 1 Day

NEC3 – Intermediate

For those who have experience of the basics, but want a more detailed review of their project and the use of the core clauses. Includes planning detail and dealing with CE’s in detail. 4hrs or 1 day

NEC3 – 5 Key Commercial Issues

A seminar designed to look at five of the most common problems that might arise in terms of NEC contract administration and their solutions. A practical and applied approach. 3hrs
