Driver Trett is pleased to announce the next in its series of webinars, which will take the form of a mock adjudication on a payment dispute.
This webinar will take place on Tuesday 23rd June 2020, from 11am – 12pm.
With Tom Lazur of Keating Chambers sitting as the Adjudicator, the webinar will provide a brief reminder of some of the main aspects of adjudication, and will cover key topics such as jurisdictional challenges, “smash and grab” adjudications, and enforcement.
