Biography

Robert has over 27 years of professional experience in the areas of construction consulting, design engineering, construction management, claims analysis and construction scheduling. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York State and an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Civil and Urban Engineering at New York University.

Robert has extensive experience in critical path method scheduling and schedule delay analysis. He has assisted clients throughout the Americas in respect of time related matters within various sectors of the construction industry including building, infrastructure, energy and petrochemical relative to both on active construction projects as well as forensically in support of litigation/arbitration .
