Michelle is a professional engineer with over 25 years’ experience producing and evaluating construction claims for negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation on commercial, large scale residential, infrastructure, institutional and industrial projects in Canada, the United States, the Middle East and Asia. Michelle has worked for contractors, owners, government agencies, sureties, and non-profit agencies to resolve construction disputes. She has been qualified as a testifying expert and an expert neutral third-party evaluator. Michelle is committed to learning and teaching and is a faculty member of the Project Management Certificate program at the University of Calgary.
