Biography

Hugo-Frans, director of Driver Trett Netherlands, has significant experience in advising clients on construction and engineering contracts, claims, and dispute avoidance and resolution issues. He also provides day to day assistance to clients with commercial and contract management service requirements both in the Netherlands and Belgium as well as internationally.

As a Dutch national he is able to work both domestically in the Dutch language and internationally in the English language. Much of the time he is involved as an expert in arbitration and litigation procedures in the Netherlands.

Hugo-Frans further has extensive experience of working with the most commonly used contracts like FIDIC, UAV, and UAVGC.
