Webinar: Delay analysis methods and techniques best suited to lead to success in UAE court litigation

Webinar: Delay analysis methods and techniques best suited to lead to success in UAE court litigation.

As the UAE construction industry attempts to recover from the effects of COVID-19 against a backdrop of very challenging economic circumstances, contractors are now, more than ever, relying on the dispute resolution mechanisms of the contract to preserve project revenue and mitigate/remove liability across project portfolios.  This may lead to entering into a variety of formal dispute resolution methods all of which have unique characteristics and differing demands on time, cost and process.  This webinar will discuss the most appropriate delay analysis techniques and extension of time claims that should be advanced by contractors in UAE court litigation proceedings, compared with similar claims in international arbitration.
